Job Description

The MEH Alliance on Hinkley Point C, comprising an MEH JV made up of Altrad Services, Balfour Beatty, NG Bailey, Cavendish and Doosan in alliance with EDF Nuclear New Build (NNB), are seeking an experienced candidate to fill the new and challenging role of MEH Site Administrator on site at Bridgwater, Somerset.

The MEH Site administrator is responsible for managing all aspect of the busy site office including meetings, travel and general office administration.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Arrange Travel for the site-based team
  • Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
  • Manage booking in area and record sheets with weekly data consolidation
  • Collection from Security of visitors and safe transit to required work area
  • Give all permanent staff and visitors office area inductions on arrival
  • Arrange PPE for permanent staff and visitors
  • Arrange for deliveries to be received on site for the office and works area
  • Maintain notice boards in working areas
  • Printing of required documents
  • Checking of documents for template format and updating as required
  • Create agendas and takes meeting notes
  • Assist in purchase orders
  • Maintain desk requirement information and submits monthly to client
  • Maintain whereabouts sheet for site team
  • Assist with site on boarding and ensuring none of the site team get out of date for mandatory courses
  • Ensure the site team training matrix is up to date
  • Ensure office stationery is maintained
  • Manage outgoing post and records data on special deliveries
  • Photocopy documents as needed
  • Attend workshops and training as required to support admin role
  • Interface with site facilities on office upgrades and repairs
  • Consolidation of site team timesheets
  • Miscellaneous tasks as directed by the Site leads
Experience Required
  • Modern apprenticeship in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in all aspects of Administration in a fast-moving environment
  • Experienced in diary management and travel and room booking
  • Experienced in office supplies management and ordering

  • Clear communicator at all organisation levels
  • Willing to undergo a Security assessment (BPSS)
  • Willing to take a mandatary pre-employment Drugs and Alcohol test and post-employment be subject to random testing
  • Hold a current CCNSG Safety Certificate or a be willing to undertake CSCS Safety Certificate
