Job Description

The MEH Alliance on Hinkley Point C, is seeking an experienced candidate to fill the challenging role of LTQR Technician on site at Hinkley Point C in Bridgwater, Somerset.

As a LTQR Technician with the MEH Alliance, your role will ensure site based LTQR management activities are carried out in accordance with approved processes and procedures. 

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Review incoming and outgoing documents for compliance to requirements.
  • Manage distribution of both electronic and hard copy documents. End to End configuration control.
  • Prepare data reports when required on document status for LTQR Manager.
  • Assist production of LTQR handover packs
  • Assist Area Quality Leads to ensure appropriate LTQR’s are submitted for work packages as required by contract.
  • Review LTQR’s for accuracy and adequacy of content to allow the compilation of lifetime records to support End of Erection Status Reports.
Experience Required
  • Major Project Experience
  • Nuclear Experience beneficial
  • Working in Alliance agreement projects 
Qualifications Needed
  • Qualifications in an Engineering/or Computer discipline, ONC / HNC / HND (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent IT skills and experience in applying electronic document management systems (EDMS) and associated metadata schemas
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience on EDMS automation systems and control of LTQR records
