Hinkley Point is based near Bridgewater in Somerset where EDF is building two new nuclear reactors, the first in a new generation of nuclear power stations providing zero-carbon electricity for around six million homes in the UK.

Hinkley Point C’s Delivery Director, Nigel Cann has released his latest 2023 update on the project. The footage shows how work has progressed over the last 12 months, with the site moving into new phases of construction. Work has accelerated with around 8,000 people now working on site.…
