Job Description
The MEH Alliance on Hinkley Point C, is seeking an experienced candidate to fill the challenging role of Site Delivery Co-Ordinator on site at Bridgwater, Somerset.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for managing and maintain relationships with all stakeholders. You will also be accountable for key coordination for planning, construction, and logistics requirements for all site ops.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Define Suppliers requirements and ensure prompt delivery against MEH programme.
- Ensure that value for money is achieved when delivering projects.
- Provide integrated planning support for supplier services, focusing on one or multiple best value approach.
- Being delivery focal point, promoting seamless team coordination for all site operations.
- Provide support for commercial proposals in response to supplier request and support services.
- Coordinating and driving of supplier generated document to approved status for construction use via MEH and Client governance
- Liaise with quality and building construction team to ensure quality of all on-site delivery are prioritised.
- Support continuous improvement programmes to all site operation process/procedures and documents.
- Directly report to SCS Coordination Lead or nominated deputy.
- Ensure compliance with all nuclear safety and site licence requirements.
- Ensure flawless execution phase on all Site ops are met as the project evolves by working closely with site wide technical team. Key Deliverables:
- Monitor and liaise with site Construction operatives to support the MEH Alliance programme
- Being Site operation delivery focal point, promoting seamless team coordination on all lifting, installation, welding, painting and emergent engineering tasks
- Providing skilled level support for site wide construction services, focusing on one or more service delivery.
- Ensure all operations of HPC project needs meets the client and MEH expectation.
Experience Required
- Proven track record in nuclear power preferred
- Experience working on major construction projects
- Experienced in delivering and operating at an Engineer or Senior Engineer level, including experience working within Joint Ventures
- Proven track record in nuclear power preferred
