Job Description

Accountabilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage site based document management systems for both electronic and hard copy records
  • Ensure site based document management activities are carried out in accordance with approved processes and procedures
  • Review incoming and outgoing documents for compliance to requirements
  • Create master document templates and forms when required
  • Manage distribution of both electronic and hard copy documents. End to End configuration control.
  • Oversee and assist in compilation of Lifetime Quality Records (LTQR) to meet delivery handover requirements
  • Prepare data reports when required on document status
  • Deliver training on document management process and procedures when required

Key Deliverables:

  • Day to day management of site based document control team
  • Ensure site documents and records are produced to the required standard and processes are followed
  • Manage production of LTQR handover packs
  • Produce document status reports weekly / monthly as required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A recognised qualification in a relevant science or engineering subject, or equivalent qualification in a Mechanical, Electrical or Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) discipline.
  • Excellent IT skills and experience in applying electronic document management systems (EDMS) and associated metadata schemas.
  • Experience of setting up and implementing a construction site based document management related solution for both electronic and hard copy documents.
  • Experience working in a quality assurance/control environment within the nuclear industry or other relevant safety critical industry.
  • Proven experience of interaction and resolving issues with a wide range of stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment.

Additional Experience:

  • Hold a professional accreditation
  • Understanding of commercial exposure, contract management
  • Business Collaborator and Teamcenter experience advantageous
