Experience Required:
Strategic
- Analyze company spend profile and prioritize focus and set the strategy
- Rationalize and lever the spend across all divisions
- Develop and maintain effective long-term supply chain relationships
- Encourage innovation and continuous improvement
Implementation
- Draft tender documentation and evaluate
- Draft appropriate service level agreements and subcontract documentation
- Monitor supply chain performance
- Drive down cost or add value from the supply chain
Procedural
- Design lean but fit for purpose procedures for the business
- Maximize the use of and output from ERP system and electronic processes generally
Evaluation
- Continually monitor, evaluate and improve supply chain performance
- Implement external benchmarking
- Internal stakeholders feedback
- Provide appropriate internal business information
Minimum Experience:
