Fleet Services Co-Ordinator

We currently have an opportunity for a Fleet Service Co-Ordinator to join our Fawley team, near Southampton. As Fleet Service Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for the maintenance of company owned vehicles and plant.

Your roles and responsibilities will include:

• Schedule fleet maintenance and repairs
• Work with external suppliers, including mechanics
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and tyres
• Monitor fuel levels
• Maintain a database of truck and driver information
• Assist with vehicle purchases and replacements
• Forecast vehicle requirements and place orders as required in compliance with the vehicle policy
• Maintaining records of vehicles, location and drivers
• Supplier and parts procurement
• Reviewing, coding, and facilitating payment of supplier invoices

You must have:

• Process operations experience beneficial but not required
• A drive for good Health and safety standards
• Have logical thinking and able to operate the plant after training
• Good record keeping and recording of information
• Computer literacy
