Job Description
Altrad UK currently have an opportunity for Digital Graduates to join our team at Ellesmere Port and Warrington in Cheshire.
You will perform business analysis and system rediness reviews on key strategic clients gearing up for digitalisation and hold stake-holder meetings with system beneficiaries. You will also provide support to mission-critical operational systems across the region.
You will be site-based at Ellesmere Port but also may require broader Noth West Region travel.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, evidence, and escalate system issues and see through to resolution.
- Managing Digital filing systems & data management with spreadsheets & Databases
- Hold Stake-holder Meetings with Digitalisation Beneficiaries, be a single liasion between central HQ and Site teams, capturing Changes and Updates and seeing through to resolution, if not escalation to relevent teams
- Auditing, analysing and comparing multiple data sets and providing suggestions for improvement.
- Compiling Reports related to system ‘best practice’ within the region
- Management of Digital Devices ensuring compliance with legislation, have relevant software updates and are set-up for operational-use
- Digital Process Improvement inc Web-based systems, Mobile Apps & Reporting Tools
Experience Required
- Entry level role
- Computer Literate
- Knowledge of Microsoft Packages
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Ability to multi-task and willing to learn
- Flexible attitude to work
- Detail orientated and a bias for action
