Workpack Development

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to produce detailed HVAC Construction Workpack LADs.
• Ensure each Workpack includes all necessary drawings, specifications, procedures, plans, permits, and method statements to support successful construction execution.
• Develop clear, accurate, and construction‑ready documentation that aligns with project requirements.

Technical Expertise

• Provide specialist HVAC engineering input to ensure all Workpack content complies with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Address and resolve HVAC engineering issues arising during construction that relate to Workpack content.
• Ensure technical accuracy and constructability are embedded throughout all documentation.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure HVAC systems integrate seamlessly within the wider project scope.
• Support Construction Workpack deliverables by maintaining alignment across mechanical, electrical, civil, and other interfacing disciplines.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards across all HVAC construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and applicable industry standards.
• Support audits, reviews, and assurance activities as required.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all HVAC Workpack activities and revisions.
• Report emerging issues, risks, or concerns to the Work Pack Lead Engineer in a timely manner.
• Ensure documentation is controlled, traceable, and aligned with project governance requirements.
