Head of Operations – North East & Scotland

A leading onshore Oil and Energy maintenance services company is looking to recruit a Head of Operations covering their Northern region and can be based in Scotland, Teesside or West Yorkshire.

This role oversees a major part of their UK operations and as such the successful individual will need extensive, rounded management experience with multi-million P&L responsibilities. You must be able to demonstrate outstanding financial acumen, commercial acumen and strategy theory and practise.

Minimum Experience

In order to be successful for this senior level role, applicants must have:

• 15+ years experience in engineering or construction services sector
• Experience of multi-disciplinary project management
• A demonstrated ability to integrate commercial and delivery activities
• Strategic focus not just day-to-day operations.
• Experience working in a blue-chip environment
• Experience in international project work
• A technical or engineering degree
