An Administrator is required for our busy regional office in Norwich or Great Yarmouth. This is a permanent position Working 5 days per week. The successful candidate will be supporting the regional team with administrative duties.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to develop their skills in a critical office supporting a global organisation.
- Providing administrative support to the region
- Compiling commercial reports
- Raising purchase requisitions and processing goods receipt notes
- Producing quotations
- Facilitating meetings
- Providing administrative support to various departments as required
- Good communication skills / telephone manner
- Ability to work in a busy environment
