Our client is one of New Zealand's largest and most trusted recruitment companies, specialising in the supply of skilled staff. They supply workers into a variety of sectors, including builders, carpenters, plumbers, welders, scaffolders, electricians, plumbers, concreters, drivers, fitters, engineers and plant operators.
Our client is looking for a Concrete Sampler for an immediate start in Taupo. You will be working alongside site and quality managers and you will learn from the best! The role will be diverse and require fine attention to detail.
Roles and Responsibilities
- You'll be preparing samples for testing and curing
- Maintain and clean testing equipment
- Assist managers with sample preparation and testing
- Complete a detailed record of all practices
- Complete field testing and sampling
Experience Required
- Must have pouring, screeding, vibrating and finishing experience
- Commercial and residential preferred
- You will need to demonstrate a 100% reliability record
- Be physically fit and able to lift heavy cylinders
- Pay close attention to detail with documents
- Pass a Drug/Alcohol Test
- Have your own reliable Transport and License
