Position Summary
We are currently looking for multiple experienced or qualified carpenters for full-time permanent and temporary opportunities on the West Coast to start immediately or in the New Year.
You will be working with a strong established company that prides itself in high quality builds and has a proven commitment to health and safety.
The successful applicants will be based in Westport or Greymouth so some travel is required. Our client is also open to applicants who would consider short or long-term assignments as well as commuting from other areas in the South Island.
The clients current project they are looking to deliver could span the next 4/5 years.

Experience Needed To Apply
- Minimum 2 years experience required post qualification (If no trade qualification, then a minimum of 5 years' experience required)
- Framing, 1st, 2nd fix experience needed
- Carpentry/Building trade qualification or proven experience
- Prepared to do Formwork/Shuttering work even if not done previously
- Understand that a mix between commercial and residential work will be expected
- A high standard of workmanship

- Valid NZ drivers’ licence and Tools
